Not all skin lesions are skin cancers, and it is important to assess the ABCDE of skin pathology; by looking at the Asymmetry of the lesion, irregular Borders, uneven distribution of Colours, a Diameter of greater than 6 mm and an Evolving lesion with pain, itchiness or bleeding.

Skin Cancer Surgery

Some of the common skin cancers that are treated at the practice are basal cell carcinoma, squamous cell carcinoma and melanoma. If required, Dr Kwei will admit you to the hospital for further treatment.

Using the latest techniques in skin grafting and flap reconstruction, Dr Johnny Kwei aims to provide the most aesthetic reconstruction post-surgical treatment, often hiding incision lines in the natural shadows of the body anatomy, giving the best result.
